Last Saturday, we headed out to Camelback Mountain in Pennsylvania for some snow tubing fun! To make the day even more fun, Rusty and Sheena, friends from work, joined us for the family adventure. We had hoped for a minivan to make it a true "family" event, but alas, Hertz only had a giant SUV (I did breathe a sigh of relief at this change!). The mountain (or big hill as aptly described by Sheena) touts itself as the largest snow-tubing park in the US. While I can't verify that fact, I can say that the place was big, with lots of tubing runs and two "magic carpets" to get up the hill. We were lucky that it wasn't as super cold as it has been and that it snowed the entire day. What makes winter fun more fun? Snowy winter fun.
