Fighting over Spotify

This afternoon, I was battling it out with Jack over what to listen to on Spotify. But here's the kicker, he was using the iPad at our house and I was at work on my phone...Spotify has really strict (maybe too strict?) user limits for a single account.

He wanted Maroon 5. I wanted my "Running" playlist. Back and forth we went switching between songs...

Ah technology. At least I'm kind of keeping up.

School Projects

Jack has a school project due this Friday. The project is to visit a specific historic landmark in the city and then put together a write-up about the visit and place. Jack's location is Hamilton Grange which was the country home of Alexander Hamilton. We visited a few weeks ago (yep, we've have the assignment this long). Finally, Jack started putting together the project today. OMG, it was like watching me from 30 years ago. There was denial and defensiveness, then came tears and finally he produced really good work. If this is what the next 15 years are going to be like, we are in trouble. Also - sorry Mom, I know I tortured you with this experience many many times.
